Orders
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@guajiidesign.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Please include your order number and all details of the changes to be made to expedite the process. Please note, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders that have already left our warehouse.
All orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to tracking information for your package. Kindly note that shipping times estimated at checkout do not include order processing time. All orders received before 12pm CET will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 12pm CET will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm CET will ship the following Monday.

Please note: International (non- EU) orders are subject to be flagged in customs for collection of tax and duties on imports. In this scenario, shipping time can be significantly delayed and in some cases the customer is required to retrieve their package from the customs office.
Guajii accepts payment via Visa, Master Card, American Express and Google Pay, Apple Pay, Union Pay, iDEAL and PayPal.
We are sorry to hear that your order arrived in a less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Please email hello@guajiidesign.com with your order number and photos of the damage and we will be happy to assist you.
We do not offer specialized gift-wrapping for our orders but all of our items are hand wrapped using tissue paper and stickers and are delivered in a branded box. If you're giving a bag as a gift, you can leave a note for the recipient in the "Order Notes" box when you check out. We will hand write the message on a printed Guajii note card that will be included within the parcel.
We do not include any price tags on any items. We include a dispatch note inside the parcel but no invoice so the recipient will not know how much the items cost.
Shipping
Complimentary shipping on all EU orders. Estimated shipping time is 2-5 days for all shipments within EU using UPS or DHL secured shipment services.
We ship worldwide. €35 flat fee on all international orders. Estimated shipping time is 3-6 days for all shipments around the world using DHL Express.
International orders (non-EU) may be subject to taxes and duties by the country of import. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged by the shipping provider prior to delivery. Payment of these is necessary to release your package from customs. Prices displayed on our website do not include these taxes and duties.

All orders ship from our facilities in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
From the time of receiving the shipment confirmation email, please allow 24 hours for EU shipments and 48 hours for international (non- EU) shipments for the tracking information to update. If tracking still hasn’t updated after this time, please contact us at hello@guajiidesign.com with your order number and we are happy to look into this further.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, we accept returns for all EU orders on all full priced bags within 7 days of delivery.
To request your return, log in to your Account and return your purchase from the Orders section.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, never worn, used or damage in any way and that they are returned in their original package with all tags attached.
Please note, return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
Due to our limited stock quantities, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
International orders are not eligible for return.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
We do not accept return items from third party retailers.
It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed and issued. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded.

By creating an account, you'll have easy access to your order history, order status, create returns, manage billing and shipping addresses and payment methods.
You can create an account just by clicking Login in all pages where you can access a Login section and using an email address.
A one-time six-digit verification code is sent to the email address used. Enter this code to access your account and complete your account information.
Once your account is completed, you can access your account any time by using your email address and a new one-time six-digit verification code will be sent to your email.

Product info
Our products are made by hand by Wayuu artisans communities in the northeast region of La Guajira in Colombia.
Guajii products are made entirely by hand in limited quantities by Wayuu artisans in La Guajira, Colombia. Due to the attention to detail and depending on the size of the product being woven as well as the thread technique used, each piece takes around 1-5 weeks to complete, but once ready they make the perfect accessory.
All Guajii products are made of acrylic yarns, a durable non-allergenic fiber with a smooth and lightweight feel that holds dyes exceptionally well.
One of the most sought-after characteristics of acrylic yarn is its durability. It can hold up well to wear and tear, and won’t turn delicate too quickly. It doesn’t shrink or felt when it’s washed, so the products will hold their shape well.
Acrylic yarn will last a long time and is a great choice for items that are intended to be passed down from one person to another.
All Guajii products are made of acrylics yarns, making them durable and easy to care for.
All of our products are hand-woven and if dirty please use a clean damp cloth and wipe dirt away, alternatively machine wash in a gentle cycle on a cold setting and hang to dry.
Don’t tumble dry, use abrasive detergents or iron.
Store your accessory in its box or dust bag when not in use, with proper care you should be able to enjoy your accessories for years.
Each Guajii piece is entirely made by hand and therefore distinctly unique. While the shape and style will, of course, be the same, no two bags will ever be exactly identical in size and weave pattern. Which means — your bag is truly your own.

So sorry! The way we source our materials and produce our bags means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. But we're probably hand weaving a new batch this very moment and will restock soon. We believe in the importance of environmentally friendly packaging and branding.
All of our packaging is plastic free and fully recyclable, and we transport items internally in reusable compostable bags.
All paper used is FSC certificate. This means that the paper comes from responsible forest management. In addition, all of our paper is acid-free and is printed with inks based on soy. This is a sustainable alternative to oily inks.
